One of her "loves" was dance roller skating competition in California and received her Gold Medal along with other medals and trophies. Her other "love" was doing taxes and taking care of her clients books. Merry took great pride in her work and truly cared about her accounting and tax clients. She is preceded in death by her parents, grandmother, grandfather, uncles and aunts, and the love of her life, her husband, Douglas Johnsen, and her beloved pet, "Bandit.” She will be sorely missed by so many people here in Lake Havasu, California and Hawaii. Her smile and kindness touched everyone. This world has lost a beautiful person and heaven has gained a new Angel. A Celebration of her life will be at her sister and brother-in law’s home at 875 Paso Drive in Lake Havasu on Dec. 8, at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to New Hope Hospice.
