Silver Creek Mortuary, Taylor, Arizona Claire Pauline Neff (March 1, 1976 - December 1, 2012) Claire (Polly) Neff 36, of Taylor Arizona entered Eternal Rest unexpectedly after a perfect day at home with her children on December 1, 2012. Polly was born in San Mauel on March 1, 1976 to Rex and Catherine Whitmer. She grew up in Chandler and El Frida. She attended and graduated from EAC where she met and married the love of her life Kristoffer Neff. Polly also enjoyed working in the yard and basketball. She had the privilege of being a basketball coach and soccer mom for her children. Polly is survived by her Husband: Kristoffer Neff; Daughters: Jessica and Rebecca; Sons: Darren and Shawn; Her Parents and eight brothers and sisters. She is preceded in death by her brother Tommy Whitmer. Funeral services will be held Saturday December 8, 2012 at 10:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Centennial Building in Taylor, Arizona. Polly will be sorely missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.
