West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Tuesday, December 04, 2012 Jerry G. Lopez Jr., 33, formerly of Avondale died Nov. 29, 2012, in an accident in Centennial, Colo. Mr. Lopez was born Nov. 7, 1979, in Arizona. He lived in Colorado for the last six years. He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Cynthia; four sons, Jeremiah "Jerry" Jr., Nicholas, Jamie and Julian; one daughter, Jayden; his parents, Jerry and Wanita Lopez; one sister, Dottie Nez; two brothers, Albert and Rojello; and four grandparents, Judy and Mike Kimbrell and Leon and Jessie Meeks. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. today at Ganley's Buckeye Funeral Home, 104 E. Baseline Road in Buckeye. A gathering will follow at his Aunt Amanda Rose's home. Memorials can be made at any Chase Bank to Account No. 0549.
