Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, Arizona, Thursday, December 06, 2012 Tanya Michelle Macias, 40, of Flagstaff Arizona went home to be with her Lord on December 3rd, 2012. Tanya was born November 28, 1972 in Longmont, Colorado. She was a devoted wife, mother, cosmetologist, and cheer coach. She put her entire heart into each one of these responsibilities each and every day. She was the best at each and every one. Anyone who has ever been involved with any aspect of her life knows that she will be sorely missed. Tanya gave birth to her beautiful baby girl Shea, Feb 9, 1996. Tanya met the love of her life, Tim, in December 2001. They were married April 13, 2002 and shared a special bond. It was Feb 9, 2006 that they completed their family with the addition of their son, Braden. Her husband, children, family, and friends were her main priority in life. Anyone who knew her considered her a very giving person with a heart of gold. For the last two years she has devoted herself to the Coconino High School Cheer Squad. Tanya’s mission was to make all of her “girls” and the Cheer Squad the best. Under her guidance, the cheer squad had qualified for Nationals in her first year as coach and qualified for state both years. She is survived by her husband of 10 years Tim, daughter Shea, and son Braden. In addition she is also survived by her father and stepmother, David and Sally Six; her mother and stepfather, Donna and Mark Price; and her maternal grandparents Don and Doris Boston. She is also survived by 13 brothers and sisters, Todd (Tina); Terra (Jeff); Christine; Coral (Kirk); David Jr.; Seth (Jessi); Joseph (Jaylynn); Kristopher (Amanda); Kathy; Marcus (Samantha); Dana; Michael and Dawn. Service will be held on Friday December 7th, 2012 at Greenlaw Baptist Church at 10 a.m. with a reception to follow at the church.
