West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Friday, December 07, 2012 Jose Hernandez Rodriguez, 62, of Avondale died Dec. 4, 2012. Mr. Rodriguez was born Jan. 12, 1950, in San Angelo, Texas, to Julio and Maria Rodriguez. He was a groundskeeper. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carmen Rodriguez; and one daughter, Juanita Rodriguez. He is survived by four sons, Valentin Rodriguez, Jose Rodriguez, George Garcia and Francisco Garcia; two daughters, Elena Rodriguez and Christina Garcia; four sisters, Lydia Perez, Victoria Gutierrez, Maria Saldaña and Linda Montoya; two brothers, Fidel Rodriguez and Rosendo Rodriguez; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Dec. 12 with a service at 6 p.m. at Avenidas Funeral Chapel, 522 E. Western Ave. in Avondale. The Rev. Toribio Perez will officiate.
