She is survived by her husband, Jeffery Lakowski; children, Ethan, Amber and Lisa; grandchildren, Derrick, Matthew and Rayelyn; mother, Mary Eileen Gebhardt White; father, Charles Wayne White; sister, Jenifer Cline; nieces, Noelle and Isabel; brother, Christopher White; and stepmothers, Theresa Cooper and Elizabeth Hankins. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for a donation be made to the Arizona Kidney Foundation. Information provided by survivors.
