BERNDT, Robert E.

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Tuesday, December 11, 2012 Robert E. Berndt passed peacefully away Dec. 8, 2012. He was the eldest son of the late Robert E. Berndt Sr. and Iris M. Berndt. He was a loving son, brother, and uncle. He worked at Bethlehem Steel in Indiana and was in the United States Army Reserve before retiring to Prescott Valley. He is survived by his mother; brother Paul Berndt (Wendy); his sister Andrea Hunsberger (Dennis); and two nieces Megan and Kristen. He will be remembered for his generosity of spirit and kindness of heart and will be greatly missed. Private services took place in Prescott. Memorials may be made to Yavapai Regional Medical Center.
