Graveside Service for Juwayne Nelson Nez, 29, will be held Friday, December 14, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Desert View Cemetery, Pastor Melvin Tsosie officiating. 

Juwayne was born in Winslow, AZ on June 22, 1983 and entered into rest on December 7, 2012 in Phoenix, AZ. 

He is survived by his daughter Liz-Beth Maggie Calvin, parents Nelson and Beverlee Nez; grandmother Betty Joe Clyde; sisters Terah Lynn Nez and Shianne Jayme Nez; niece Fabrianna Deltina Sign and nephews, Isiah Ershall Sign and Issac Ershall Sign.
