He was born on July 13, 1937 in Hollywood, California to Jack and Elaine Kleinau. Rowland was a self-employed flooring installer. Rowland was preceded in death by his wife, Sylvia. He is survived by daughter Terri Shanahan of Clarkdale and 1 grandchild. Private services will be held at a later date.
