Paul Jacob Cavazos, 20, of Avondale died Dec. 13, 2012, in Phoenix.
Mr. Cavazos was born Feb. 22, 1992, in Phoenix to Paul Jr. and Alexandria.

He is survived by his mother, Alexandria; one brother, Gabriel; three sisters, Victoria, Marisol and Ciara; and four grandparents, Paul and Herminia and Pedro and Maria.

A visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at La Mission Jubilee Church, 11147 W. Buckeye Road in Avondale. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at La Mission Jubilee Church. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 10045 W. Thomas Road in Avondale.

Funeral arrangements were made by Advantage Crystal Rose Funeral Home.
