Douglas James Kinslow, 57, of Flagstaff, died Dec. 10, 2012, at Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Zion, Ill. 

He was born Aug. 9, 1955. A celebration of his life will be held Friday at 4:30 p.m. at Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home, 215 S. Seventh St., Fargo, N.D.
