Jessie was born on Jan. 18, 1920 in Lehigh, Okla. to Walter and Margaret Carnes. Jessie is survived by daughter, Carolyn Sue Hill; son-in-law, James H. Hill; brother, Fred Carnes; grandsons, David A Hill, Jeffrey S. Hill; four great grand children, one great great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews. Jessie Mae was preceded in death by her husband, Enoch and grandson, James M. Hill with whom she now shares eternal life. She was a loving mother with a charismatic smile and an unwavering belief in the human spirit. Jessie dedicated her life to the medical field achieving a certificate as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
