Thomas was a physician by trade. He is survived by his wife: Wenonah; children: David Cosmas, Mark Cosmas, Maiken McDaniel; grandkids: Ashten, Sean and Cade Cosmas, Mia McDaniel Services were held Dec. 7, in Phoenix.
