RICHARDS, Mary L.

(Maiden Name: Pohl)

Mary L. Richards, age 79, passed away April 1st, 2004 of kidney failure in Redlands, CA. She was born in Trenton, N.J. on July 2, 1924. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband John R. Richards in 1988. Mary was a nursing educator and taught at ASU until her retirement in 1995. Survivors include her brother William Pohl of Boca Raton, FL., sons John William and Paul. Granddaughter Carrie Munn. Great Granddaughters Jessica and Samantha Munn. Visitation was at Emmerson-Bartlett Memorial Chapel in Redlands, CA, Monday, April 5, 2004. Graveside service at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Mesa, AZ, on April 8, 2004. Published in the Arizona Republic on 4/4/2004.
