PARKER, Welborn Eugene

Welborn Eugene Parker, 82, of Dewey, AZ, passed away April 14, 2004 in Prescott Valley, AZ. 

He was born June 12, 1921 in Tucson. 

Mr. Parker was a member of Carpenters Local 408. He worked in the construction and pre-stressed concrete industry in Arizona from 1946 until he retired in 1981. Welborn loved Arizona, particularly the desert. He was proud that he was able to live and work in Arizona his entire life. 

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Wilma Parker of Dewey; his children Judy Halle of Phoenix; Jim Parker of Highlands Ranch, CO.; four grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. 

Welborn was cremated and a private memorial service was held in Dewey.
