HALM, Edward Joseph


Edward Joseph Halm, 90, passed away April 1, 2004 at his home in Mesa. Ed worked hard his entire life as a master mechanic and road construction superintendent. He was a member of Operating Engineers and served in Australia during WWII. Known for his strength and wit, Ed was loved, respected and appreciated. His grandkids will miss his incessant teasing and love of ice cream. He is survived by his wife, Mildred; daughter, Kay (Ken) Tallent; son, Ron (Lisa) Halm; sister, Helen (Jim) Maxwell; and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation April 5, 2004 at Bunker's University Chapel, 3529 E. University, Mesa, Az. Services April 6 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Adobe Ward, 745 N.
