Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, Prescott, Arizona Larry Hausmann May 13, 1938 ~ December 31, 2012 Larry Hausmann, died December 31, 2012 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix. He was born May 13, 1938 in Tuscola, Il.: the son of Anthony and Elizabeth (Kappes) Hausmann. Larry was 74 years old. Larry and Mary moved to Prescott 12 years ago from Michigan. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Michigan and an active member of both Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the St. Vincent DePaul Society, here in Prescott. He thoroughly enjoyed his daily walks and shopping for cars. He loved kicking the tires in a car lot and the smell of a new car. Larry married the love of his life June 13, 1959. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a beautiful cruise. Larry is survived by Mary, his loving wife of 53 years, son, Jeffrey (Tracey) of Savannah, GA and daughter, Kimberly (Terry Buckley) of Farmington, MI, sister, Shirley Schweighart of Champaign, IL and grandchildren Ashley, Alexandra, Austin and Aaron.
