Phyllis Jane Serbousek, 68, of Phoenix passed away April 2, 2004. She was born January 24, 1936 in Hay Springs, Nebraska. Phyllis is survived by her husband, Delbert, her mother, Jane Kadlecek of Hay Springs, Nebraska, children, Wanda Medina of Mesa, Vickie McNaughton of Phoenix, Roger Beard of Nebraska, Lamont Serbousek of Tucson, Marla Adams of Phoenix, Melinda Torres of Phoenix, 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, two sisters and one brother out of state. Memorial Services were held Saturday, April 10, 2004 at the American Evangelistic Lutheran Church, 1830 W. Glenrosa, Phoenix, AZ, 85015. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American EV Lutheran Church or Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
