Walter Gardipee, 84, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born Jan. 2, 1922, in Polson, Mont., died Thursday, Jan. 26, 2006, in Prescott, Ariz.

A celebration of Walter's life will take place at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 2, at the Bob Stump V.A. Medical Center Chapel in Prescott, Ariz.
