Visitation was on Friday, April 9, 2004 at Tolleson High School Gymnasium, 9419 W. Van Buren St., Tolleson, AZ. Funeral Service Saturday, April 10, 2004, at Tolleson High School Gymnasium. Graveside Service on Monday, April 12, 2004 at Holy Cross Cemetery, 10045 W. Thomas Rd., Avondale, AZ.
