He was 59. James was born to parents, James Sr. and Shirlene (Foy) McCloud in Winslow, Navajo County, Arizona on June 23, 1952. He is survived by his daughters, Dawn and Gioia McCloud of Lakeside, Arizona; grandchildren, Monica McHenry of Lakeside, Arizona, Russell McCloud of Myrtle Pointe, Oregon, Kameron Lyle and Chaundae McCloud of Lakeside, Arizona; mother, Shirlene McCloud of Winslow, Arizona and brothers, Lonnie and David McCloud of Winslow, Arizona. He will be greatly missed.
