Visitation from 4-8pm with Rosary at 7pm on Sun., Nov. 2, 2003 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale. 

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30am on Mon., Nov. 3, 2003 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 5614 W. Orangewood Ave., Glendale. 

Interment to follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery.
