Bernard J. Rott Sr., age 80, passed away on April 3, 2004 in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Rott was a World War II Veteran, serving with the United States Navy. He is survived by one son Bernard Jr. and wife Maria, three daughters and their spouses Carolyn and Gerald Mills, Charlene and Ed Higginbotham, Nancy and Steve Greening and one sister Lorraine Hebrank as well as 15 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Rott were held on Friday, April 9, 2004 at the Phoenix Memorial Mortuary, 200 W. Beardsley Rd., Phoenix, Az. Visitation was held prior to the services. In lieu of flowers donations would be appreciated to the Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St, Phoenix, Az, 85014.
