Hazel Sloan, 83, went to be with her Lord on Friday, January 18th, 2008. Hazel was born in Salem, Indiana to James and Dora Hyde. 

Hazel is survived by her son, Raymond Sloan and her daughter Karen McNeil as well as her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She both loved and was loved deeply and will be greatly missed. 

A memorial service will be held at 10 am on Saturday, February 2nd, 2008 at Cornerstone Baptist Church. The church is located at 4041 E. Phelps Road in Phoenix, one block south of Bell on 41st Street.
