BALL, Lewis M.

Lewis M. Ball, born in Bisbee, AZ on December 5, 1922, a lifelong resident of Arizona, died September 14, 2005 in Phoenix. 

Mr. Ball retired from teaching in the Osborn School District. 

He was preceded in death by his wife Virginia Ball in 1970 and his daughter Susan Allen in 1991. He is survived by his son, David L. Ball and his wife Kathy, two sisters, Nina Bowers and Betsey Cary, three grandchildren, Julie (Danny) Young, Robert L. Ball, and Mark Allen, three great grandchildren, Danny Stokes, Jordan Ball and Joe Thomas Allen. 

Memorial service, Saturday, September 17, 2005, Chaparral Christian Church, 6451 East Shea Boulevard, Scottsdale, AZ. Memorial contributions may be made to ALS-Amyotrophic Lateral Scierosis Division of Muscular Dystrophy Association, 10201 South 51st Street, Phoenix, AZ 85044.
