OTIS, Harold F.

Harold F. Otis, 81, of Phoenix passed away peacefully on April 5, 2004. He was born in Prairieville, Michigan on Sept 11th, 1922. Harold proudly served our country in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was an avid bowler and loved hunting and fishing. Harold is survived by his wife, Marjory, daughter Nancy, son Dan, four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. He will be buried with military honors and a graveside service, Monday April 12th, 2004 at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road. The family asks that any donations be sent to the Arizona Humane Society, 1521 W. Dobbins Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85041. Harold was a kind and gentle man and will be missed by many.
