BARRETT, JR., William F.

William F. Barrett, Jr., 80, of Peoria, AZ, passed away April 8, 2004. Mr. Barrett was born September 14, 1923 in Washington DC to William and Margaret (Buehne) Barrett. He was a WWII U.S. Navy veteran. A retired Internal Revenue Special Agent, he moved to Arizona in 1977 from Illinois. He is a 4th degree Knights of Columbus and member of the D.A.V. and American Legion. He was preceded in death by his first wife Filomena and his second wife Jane. Survivors include sons William F. Barrett, III, Jerome A. Barrett, Timothy M. Barrett and John Barrett. Daughters Kathleen Ann Steinwart, Patricia M. Hartell, Barbara J. Barrett, Margaret Ann Barrett, Nancy Andrews, Mary E. Sexauer, Mary Jane Cora and Susan Olson. 3 brothers, 27 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren also survive. Visitation with wake service was Monday, April 12, 2004 at Menke Funeral Home, 12420 N. 103rd Ave. Funeral Mass Tuesday, April 13, 2004 at St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church, 15800 Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ.
