The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Tuesday, January 08, 2013 Aileen A. Kemper, born July 1, 1973, in San Diego, Calif., passed away on Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Aileen was the beloved mother of Jasmine Kemper and Keila Arce, and cherished daughter of John and Sally Arce, all of Prescott Valley. She also is survived by her sister Carla Arce, stepsister Sonja Arce Saiz and stepbrother John Arce Jr.; nephews Adriane, Luciano and Johnny Saiz and niece Sophia Saiz. Aileen graduated from Hilltop High School in Chula Vista, Calif. She moved to Prescott Valley in 2004 to be near her parents. Aileen was hired by Prescott Newspapers Inc. (PNI) on Oct. 4, 2004, to work in the Classified Advertising Department. At the time of her death she was the PNI Legal Clerk. Aileen was the cheerful voice on the phone and the smiling face for many PNI customers, and a beloved friend and admired co-worker of those who worked with her. An account has been set up at Wells Fargo Bank for Jasmine Kemper - Aileen Kemper Memorial Fund. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11, 2013, at Sunrise Funeral Home, 8167 E.
