PADILLA, Carlotta

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona, February 2006 Carlotta Sandoval Padilla (Charlotte), Feb. 13, 2006. Devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and a caring friend. She was born in Concho, AZ on Nov. 06, 1918 to Amado Sandoval and La Castilla Sandoval. She lived most of her life in Holbrook, AZ and then moved to Scottsdale, AZ about ten years ago. Carlotta was preceded in death by her loving husband Valentine N. Padilla and one of her children Armando I. Padilla. She was an incredible cook, impressive seamstress and most importantly a loving and sociable person who was loved by all and will be dearly missed. She took pride in everything she involved herself in, whether it be something she was making for herself or for others. She is survived by her son Fred S. Padilla (Ramona), daughter Juanita Tostado (Charley-deceased), son Valentine M. Padilla (Sandi-deceased) and daughter Carla P. Brooks (Eric), 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. You loved all of us deeply and we loved you deeply; we'll always feel your presence in our lives.
