Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, AZ - Published on Jaunary 3, 2013 - Don A. Crist, 83, of Kingman passed away Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012. He worked in the heating and air conditioning business for over 40 years and retired to Las Vegas in the 1980s. In 2008, he moved to Kingman. Even after retiring, Don always helped whoever asked with anything that needed fixing. He was also known for his perfect landscaping with abundant flowers. Don was married to Eula Crist (deceased) for over 20 years while in Maryland. He is survived by four daughters, Carol Ann Bailey of Ohio, Carolyn Sue Madeira of Kentucky, Carol G. Anderson of Virginia and Ella L. Cornwell of Virginia. Don is also survived by his sister, Pat Brown of Maryland, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Viewing will be from 9 a.m. to noon Friday, Jan. 4, at Hites Funeral Home, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, Nev., and burial will be at 1:20 p.m. at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City. Don was a true friend to those who met him and a good person to be with.
