Addilynn Mae Crawford, age 2, of Kingman passed away Friday, Dec. 21, 2012, in Kingman. 

She was born Nov. 16, 2010, in Phoenix to Michael and Chanania Crawford.

Addilynn is survived by her parents; her brother, Ryan; her grandparents, J.C. and Deb Covington, and Roger and Amy Crawford; her great-grandmother, Ermalinda Catt; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

The memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 4, at Praise Chapel, 419 Harrison St.

Although we seem so far apart,

You're always here within our hearts.

You filled our lives with joy and pleasure;

You were to us a precious treasure.

A little while shall pass and then, 

We'll see each other once again.

Loved, remembered and held so dear,

In our minds and hearts, you're always here.
