Lillian Pearl Kadisak passed away Jan. 6, 2013 in Lake Havasu City, at the age of 93. Lillian was born on Sept. 7, 1919, in Crown Point, Ind., to Robert B. and Henderina M. (Huisman) Koppelman.

Lillian was a member of St. Michaels Methodist Church, a member of the Happy 9ers at London Bridge Golf Course and a member of Havasu Art Guild. She and her late husband were also members of Havasu Square Dance Club. Lillian has been a resident of Arizona for the last 43 years.

Lillian is survived by her loving daughters, Dawn Freise, Johnette “Johnnie” Oliva and Tamerey “Tami” Kadisak; grandson, John Michael Freise and wife, Samantha Freise; great-grandchildren, Gage Arlo Freise and Capri Lillian Freise, all from Lake Havasu City; and sister, Charlotte Kopac, of Crown Point, Ind.
