LAWHEAD, Edward Bert

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Monday, January 14, 2013 Edward Bert Lawhead, 61, passed away at his home in Wilhoit, Ariz., on Dec. 11, 2012. He was born in Flagstaff, Ariz., March 2, 1951. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sylvia; his mother, Mary Miller; and his father, Edward C. "Ted" Lawhead. He is survived by his son Sean; daughter Kirsten (Eric) Ferguson; stepson Jeremy; granddaughters, Autumn and Ava; sister Ilene (Mike) Roby; brothers, Mike Lawhead, Frank (Leanne) Lawhead and George Lawhead; cousin "like a brother" Paul (Susan) Davidson; and a large extended family. Ed was a lifelong Arizona resident, most of which he lived in the Prescott area. A memorial service will be planned and will take place in the spring to allow out of state family to attend. In lieu of flowers or cards, contributions can be made to assist the family with burial expenses. An account has been set up for that purpose at the Prescott Federal Credit Union in memory of Ed Lawhead under the name of Ilene Roby. Information provided by survivors.
