HENDERSON, Truman E.

The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, Arizona, Tuesday, January 15, 2013 Truman E. Henderson, born October 26, 1945, went to the Lord on Monday, Dec. 24, 2012. Truman served in the USAF from 1963 to 1969. He was a POW for 11 months. He was a master carpenter and enjoyed dancing, playing pool, cribbage and being with his friends. He is survived by his wife Sherri Henderson, son Michael Henderson, daughter Christian Yates, sisters Sue Carlile & Lisa Henderson, brothers Johnny Henderson & Roland Henderson, and many nephews, nieces & grandchildren. A memorial service and potluck will be held January 26 at the American Legion Post 25, 480 S. Calvary Way, Cottonwood, at 11 AM. Information provided by survivors.
