Harold Thomas, 94, died Jan. 14, 2013, in Winslow.
Services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. (MST), at Leupp Presbyterian Church.

Funeral Services for Harold Thomas, 94, will be held at 10:00 AM (MST), Friday, January 18, 2013 at Leupp Presbyterian Church.
Interment to follow at the Family Plot in Tolani Lake, AZ.
Harold Thomas passed away on January 14, 2013 in Winslow, AZ. He was born on September 21, 1918 in Tolani Lake, AZ to Astoni and Adzah Begay. Harold was of the Ashiihi (Salt) Clan born for the Tl'aashchi'I (Red Bottom) Clan. His Nali is Todich'ii'nii (Bitter Water) Clan and Chei is Kinyaa'aanii (Towering House) Clan. Harold was a life time rancher. He worked as a union laborer on construction projects such as the Glen Canyon Dam, Navajo Generating Station and El Paso Natural Gas Pipeline. He also worked for the Santa Fe Railroad.
He is survived by his wife, Nellie Thomas; daughters, Shirley Thomas, Lorena Moore , Jeanette Thomas and Melinda Williams; sons, Alfred Thomas, Ronald Thomas and Michael Lynn Thomas; 17 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
Harold is preceded in death by his parents, Astoni & Adzah Begay; sons, Harry Thomas and Harold Thomas, Jr.; grandmother, Ashzah Nez; grandfather, Ahdilthdoni.
