BROWN, Gary K.

West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona, Tuesday, January 15, 2013 Gary K. Brown, 70, of Litchfield Park died Jan. 10, 2013. Mr. Brown was born July 8, 1942, in Independence, Mo. He attended Central Missouri State University and went on to teach and coach at O'Hara High School and Green Valley High School in Missouri. He then served as National Director of High School Ministry for Campus Crusade for Christ, International. In the years following, he worked as an entrepreneur and businessman. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Debbie; one daughter, Lisa Campbell; two sons, Mark Brown and Joshua Brown; one sister, Arlene Miller of Independence, Mo.; and seven grandchildren. Services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Calvary Community Church, 12612 N. Black Canyon Highway in Phoenix.
