Roger P. Doporto, 60, of Phoenix and formerly of Litchfield Park died Jan. 10, 2013.

Mr. Doporto was born March 11, 1952, in Carlsbad, N.M., to Manuel S. and Aurora R. Doporto.

He is survived by his wife, Cathy; four sons, Roger Doporto Jr., Steven Doporto, Samuel Doporto and Henry De La Torre; three daughters, Jennifer Newell, Kiara Doporto and Aurora Doporto; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday with funeral services at 11 a.m. at Advantage Crystal Rose Funeral Home, 9155 W. Van Buren St. in Tolleson. 

Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 10045 W. Thomas Road in Avondale.
