Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted: Wednesday, January 16, 2013 >> Noble Wayne Blackwell << >> May 12, 1933 — Jan. 11, 2013 << Jan. 11, Master Sergeant Noble Wayne Blackwell passed away due to complications of illness. He is survived by his wife, Nora; his children, Larry Blackwell, Lena Blackwell, Jeff Blackwell and Daisy Dittle; his step-children, Pat clay, Eddy Clay, Sandy Webber, Jeannie Dirk; 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son, Lester Blackwell and stepson, Thomas Clay. Noble served 20 years in the Air Force, stationed in Vietnam, Korea, Philippians and the U.S.A. He was a Ranger for Park Moabi Regional Park and road crew for Cal-Trans. Service will take place at Desert Lawns Cemetery in Mohave Valley on Jan. 25 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers we ask that you make donations to VFW Post 404 in Mohave Valley and VFW Post 9401 in Lake Havasu City.
