Bud Rollins passed away in Lake Havasu City on Jan. 3, 2013. He was born in New Philadelphia, Ohio, Oct. 29, 1917. He moved to Canton, Ohio in 1935 and worked at The Canton Drop Forge with his father, serving two apprenticeships, (Machine Shop and Die Sinker). He started as a Supervisor at the age of 23 and later became Assistant Plant Superintendent to 4,200 employees. He moved to California and worked for Alcoa, then called Ladish Pacific Division, until retiring at age 70. In 1972 he moved to Lake Havasu City and started Butt Weld Fitting Company with several friends, incorporating in 1974 and calling the business Flo Mac Incorporated, a successful company to this day.
Bud is survived by Masako Ko, (Bud and his wife, Rosie considered her to be their daughter) of Lake Havasu City and Masako’s daughter, Yui Scribner of New York; his daughter, Jill Diane Jenkins of Ohio and Linda Kay Woods of Ohio.
Bud is preceded in death by Polly Young Rollins, Hazel Fletcher Rollins and Rosemarie Lynch Rollins.
Arrangements have been made through The Neptune Society.

He loved life and appreciated his good health leading to his longevity, 95 years.
