HEXEM, Charlene Kay

Charlene Kay Hexem, 59, of Apache Jct, AZ, passed away following a prolonged illness on April 8, 2004. 

She is survived by her husband Garry Lewis, her son John Kevin Hexem and wife Barb of Higley, AZ, her daughter Debbie Dixon and Calvin of Cheyenne, WY and her grand-daughter Trisha Dixon of Arkansas. In addition she is survived by her siblings Winnona and husband Jack Terry, Lila Allison, Shirley and husband Don Edgren and her brother Doyle and wife Irene Cool. She is preceded in death by her husband John L. Hexem, grandsons Shane Dixon and Erich Hexem and her parents. 

She moved from Cheyenne, Wyoming to Arizona in 1992. She was very successful in selling Mary Kay and enjoyed golf and camping with her family. 

Services were at Green Acres Chapel of Light in Scottsdale, AZ. Contributions can be made for a college fund for Trisha's education. Please contact Green Acres Mortuary at (480) 945-2654 to make contributions.
