Trudy, as she was known by her many friends, was born in Germany and immigrated with her family to San Diego in 1957 and made Lake Havasu City her home in for the last 20 years. Gerturd was preceded in death by her husband, Walter and her son, Frank. She is survived by three sons, Walter, Bernd and Bruno and nine grandchildren. No services are to take place
