Debra Ann Phillips, 61, of Kingman passed away Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at Kingman Regional Medical Center Hospice House after a 5½-year battle with Stage 4 ovarian cancer. She was born Sept. 10, 1951, in Portland, Ore., to Fred and Patricia Larson. Debra was a customer service representative for many years with Reichhold Chemicals. 

Debra is survived by her husband, Steve Phillips of Kingman; her brothers, Terry, Dave, Randy, Don and Dennis; her children, Jana, Joe and Ryan; her stepchildren, April, Marcy and Michelle; and her grandchildren, Dylan, Britany, Kjerstin, Bridget, Brendan, Finnegan, Elizabeth, Ashley and Kaden. 

She loved life and her family, and NASCAR racing
