KARP, Marvin D.

Marvin D. Karp died peacefully in Tucson on May 3, 2007, after a long illness. He was married to his loving wife, Ada, for sixty years (from December 29, 1946, until his death). He and Ada produced four loving children, Daniel, Paula, Steven and Peter. Born on August 14, 1920, in New Britain, Connecticut, he is the son of Harry and Dora Karp and the brother of Lilian Karp Wenick. After graduating from Yale Law School, he practiced law for four decades. He was a caring and compassionate man whose warm heart was full of love for his family. He is grievingly missed by all of us. Graveside funeral services were Sunday, May 6, 2007, at Evergreen Cemetery, 3015 North Oracle Road, Tucson, Arizona 85705. The Arizona Daily Star, May 5, 2007
