Mr. Copeland was born April 2, 1940 in Independence, Iowa to Robert and Ruth (Ghere) Copeland. Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Nancy Copeland of Prescott Valley; children, Mike (Eileen) Copeland of Prescott Valley, Mickey (Kevin) Randall of Independence, Iowa, Melody (Emilio) Mioni of Mesa, Ariz.; grandchildren, Chanel, Sean, Cody, Kyle, Abbey, EJ, Ryan, Desiree and Jacob; great grandchild Liam; brothers Ben, Darrel, Dale and Wayne, all of Iowa. Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013 at Prescott Valley Christian Church, 7655 E. Long Look Drive, Prescott Valley, Ariz.
