CUMMINGS, Sharron Ruth

Parker Pioneer, Parker, AZ - Sharron Ruth Cummings passed way peacefully Thanksgiving morning, Nov. 22, 2012, in Glendale, Ariz. She was born May 20, 1940, in Los Angeles, Calif. She was affectionately known as “Two R.” She is survived by her son Randy W. (Darlene) Cummings, of Big River; and daughter Renee R. (Danny) Burritt, of Glendale, along with five step children, Mary Ann, Melvin, Debbie, Vicki and Pati; brother Stanley W. (Debbie) Settle, of Bouse; and sister, Wanda J. (Gary) Borman, of Apache Junction. She was preceded in death by husband John Cummings who passed away Feb. 7, 2012. John was a musician who played many years in the area and was known as Johnny Mann. Sharron and John are interred at the National Memorial Cemetery, in Phoenix. A memorial service and Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, Jan. 19, 11 a.m., at the American Legion in Big River.
