Donna Rae Carpenter, 73, of Goodyear died Jan. 10, 2013.

Mrs. Carpenter was born May 24, 1939, in Endicott, N.Y.

Before moving to Arizona many years ago, she started a career as a healthcare provider.

She is survived by one son, Scott; and three grandchildren.
