Green Valley News Arizona October 23, 1987 OBITUARY James J. McCarthy James J. McCarthy, 70, of Green Valley, and formerly of Maryland died Oct 21 (1987). A resident of Green Valley for 10 years, he is survived by his wife, Agnes, sisters, Mary Kern and Theresa McIntosh both of Columbia, MD; and brother, Francis J. of Alexandria, VA. A memorial Mass will be offered Saturday, Oct 24, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in Green Valley with Monsingnor James Stapleton officiating. Interment will be in Holy Hope Cemtery. Funeral arrangements were handled by Adair Funeral Homes, Tuscon.
