Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7, at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, corner of Cortez and Carlton streets in Prescott. A Celebration of Phil's Life will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8, at the First Baptist Church on the corner of Goodwin and Marina streets in Prescott. Private cremation will be at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Az. Arrangements by Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, Prescott, Ariz.
