PERKINS, Andrew (Andy) Karl

Silver Creek Mortuary, Taylor, Arizona Andrew "Andy" Karl Perkins (November 1, 1970 - January 22, 2013) Andrew “Andy” Karl Perkins passed away unexpectedly on January 22, 2013 in Queen Creek, Arizona. He was born on November 1, 1970 in White Fish, Montana and was immediately adopted and received by his parents Marlin and Edie Perkins. Most of his growing up years were spent in Clay Springs, Arizona. He enjoyed baseball, basketball, hunting and outdoor activities such as camping and hiking. He served an LDS mission in the Kentucky, Louisville mission; after his mission he continued playing baseball in college. He married Judy McClelland in the Mesa Arizona temple. He received technician training in air conditioning, heating and electrical and worked mostly in Maricopa County in that career. He is survived by Judy and their five children: Josh, Katelyn, Jacob, Nathan and Kalli. He is also survived by his parents Marlin and Edie Perkins, his brother Jeff Perkins and sisters Liesel Webb and Julie Perkins. Services will be held Saturday, February 2nd 2013 at the Pinedale/Clay Springs LDS Chapel. Services will begin with a viewing from 9:30 to 10:45am and the funeral will follow at 11:00am.
