SOTO, Arthur R.

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Wednesday, January 30, 2013 Arthur R. Soto of Paulden, Ariz., passed away to be with our Lord on Jan. 19, 2013. He is survived by his four daughters, Odelia, Patricia, Sobeyda and Mercedes, as well as 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Mr. Soto served in the United States Navy for 22 years. He will be laid to rest at the National Cemetery in Riverside, Calif. Information provided by survivors.
